Make sure the 25A fuse holder and its wiring is in good shape. More fuel system intermittent problems begin there than any other place.



Be very careful pulling the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator. I say do it with the car turned off, just in case the diaphragm is indeed ripped and not just pinholed.
