Car will not start after replacing shifter 900 1994

That thought occurred to me also, and I did recheck the connections this morning. Both wiring harnesses (small 4 prong and large 7 prong) are properly connected (all numbered connections match) and the small round harness is properly connected under car. All the wires coming off the shiftier are intact.
