Problem Solved For Now - Thanks Art!

Forgot to mention that the Air Mass Meter seemed to be the main problem.
Art also discovered that my fuel check valve was bad and the junkyard oxygen sensor wasn't responding as well as it could. So we swapped the original one back in and it performed better.

Thank you to all who offered suggestions and help over the last several weeks.
