How to tighten ebrakr on 960. 900

Per usual Spook got me flying straight again.

Those two screws are very well hidden. I have the usual detritus on the felt bottom of my console and I could barely see it. If you have to get to these on a 1996 960 look really, really closely and you will find the trapdoor like cover. Jimo, what year is your 960?
Mine is 1996. It sounds like the wizards at Volvo moved the location of these screws from behind the ashtray.
