Issue after m47 swap...loss of power in 1st gear 200

I replaced the pressure plate and throw out bearing with the clutch. And of course the pilot bearing. I did not remove anything on the other side of the engine from the car I swapped the tranny into.

I will try swapping AMM, and doing a good tune up. Luckily both the donor car and the driver are both 88's so everything should interchange without issue.
