Please! Volvo Tools for Front Crank & Cam Seal Replacment: Buy or Rent NOW? 1991

Folks,

The wit is at an end. I have a 1991 Volvo 240, with moon roof and five rawkin' M47 II forward gears. About 47k miles ago, I replaced the timing belt, water pump (a NASTY NON-Volvo hydro pump and it leaks - SHAME ON ME!), and all three front seals.

Where OH WHERE Can I buy or rent these tools:

PN 9995284
"Counterhold: for vibration damper crank"

PN 9995034
"Counterhold: for both camshaft gears"

PN 9995025
Seal press Viton seals for both camshafts

PN 9995283
Seal press Viton seals for crank 9995283

The local Slumkane, WA volvo auto dealer is none too hopeful. I'm trying the Volvo Penta boat dealer / service route since they have these same tools.

I've tried Tasca. One or two of the tools are on back order until early June. I think both counterholds for the crank and both cam gears are what's on back order.

I installed the new Viton (the grey or black seals) by hand. Yes, now I know. Bad kittysgreyvolvo. Now they leak as of 4000 miles ago. The big grey wee beastie as 147,xxx on it now.

The wee beastie says, "Now stop all this oil leakin', you rotten bassturd, so we can motor the green mountains and valleys in CA on the way to the Bay Area." Hopefully for a job.

Thank you.

cheers,

kitty driving the fuzzy grey 1991 Volvo 240 like Toonces, the cat who could drive a car.
