B18D running warm 120-130

Hello,

That is a little high.

We normally use a 70°C thermostat.

A warmer thermostat would be necessary for sustained outside temperatures below 5°C.

A non contact thermometer is a hand held tool that senses the temperature by reading the infrared waves.

Mine has a laser pointer to show were the reading is being taken.

The stock temperature gauge is removable without taking out the instrument cluster.

New temperature gauges are available, but they came in the B20 122 and do not look exactly the same and are calibrated a little differently.

I have rebuilt original B18 gauges in stock.
