Anybody got any tricks for safely removing old switches from the plastic modules/trim/consoles that sit in the arm rests, without destroying the plastic module/trim/consoles?

I want to replace my switches but I don't want to destroy the plastic "trim box" that holds the switches.

What's the secret???
