any tricks to getting that bolt out of my control arm? 200

Brickboard,

I'm attempting to replace a rusted front driver's side control arm on my 89 240 sedan. I have all the fasteners loose and ready to remove except one. It's the bolt that goes through the front rubber bushing. I have the nut loose but I cannot get the bolt to drive out (and I will need to remove the bolt to remove the rusted control arm). I finally got the bolt to move but now it turns about 1/4 turn and then wants to spring back to the starting point. I'm wondering if the bolt is some how stuck to the rubber bushing. Anyway, please let me know if any of you have any advice on how to get-er-done. I have closed up shop for the day. Need to take a break and let my busted knuckles heal. Thanks.

P.S. My bag of tricks so far has included 1/2 inch breaking bar, propane torch, penetrating oil, 1/2 inch impact driver, air chisel with a flat headed drift, large brass hammer and drift, and several curse words.
