940 wagon - buzz/vibration at 3000rpm 900

93 wagon runs great and driveline is tight but I have this annoying vibration /buzz thru the gas pedal at 3000rpm - I am clueless as to where - all I can think about is it could be the belt for the alternator as it has the longest throw - but it only has about 3/4 of play -


any other ideas??
