Any decent auto glass shop should stock those clips,there are all kinds of special tools for removing and a really cool tool that installs those clips.My favorite removal tool for removal is a bent dental pick.Installing the crank handle once the clip is in place is kind of like setting an old mouse trap,you just have to get a feel for it,be gentle.
