Found the Problem! 700 1990

I believe I've found the problem, I pulled the fuel filter and it was completely clogged with brown particles (it's about 3 months old) I then tested the main fuel pump and it seemed to be putting out a marginal stream of fuel at best. At that point I figured the only way to find out the problem was to remove the sender unit and look inside. I did, and found that the sock filter in-tank was clogged to the max, and the in-tank pump was bad (both 3 months old). Upon further inspection I found the tank was completely full of debris on the bottom which is the main cause of the problem, I ended up removing the tank and now I'm searching for ways to clean it before I put it back in. I'm just hoping the fuel injectors are still ok, though I'm assuming the two filters prevented any debris from getting to them.
