Can anyone offer some advice as to why the chrome mounting base doesn't fit inside the center of the steering wheel? Please see the attached picture ... or view it here http://www.brickboard.com/GALLERY/volvopic.htm?js_link=&id=9110

Am I missing any parts that won't become available after I remove my bow tie steering wheel?
