Oil leak from head-gasket 200

I have observed wetness on the drivers side of block, below the air intake. It looks as if head gasket is sweating oil . It is around 2nd and 3rd cylinder area. Earlier I thought that this oil is coming from oil separator but that is not the case. The cam cover also looks well sealed and neither it is from air intake gasket area. The leak is minimal in the sense that the area is generally oily from head gasket and 3-4 " below it. Am I right in my conclusion and does that mean the head gasket is going to give way soon and I should plan to change it.

Regards,
