Al,
For the front mounts: is it safe to jack up the engine almost 2 inches? I had planned to place a 2X4 on the oil pan and then jack with my floor jack. But 2 inches seems to be a lot, given radiator hoses, etc.
If you jack up just one side at a time, what do you place the jack under?

BTW, called IPD and asked which side the hex reinforced side goes on. Embarrassing... engine side.
