1997 960 door alignment help?

Are you sure the B-pillar is straight and not out of line? There are only two mounting points for the door and one contact point in the latch, so the job should be fairly simple.
Loosen the door bolts at the hinges (look from the B-pillar toward the rear when the front door is open). Do three at a time or use a helper so you don't drop the door. The latch is merely loosened to move it up and down.
