Hello Brendan,

I've bought a lot of parts from FCP over the past 6+ years, but I too have become disenchanted with what I'll call FCP's new "aura" for want if a better term. I find the parts look-up clumsy, and I miss not knowing who's on the other end when I call.

Here's a recent thread titled, "Bad Luck FCP Order" that might be of interest. I also have a post in that thread, titled "Not as bad but..."

I truly don't like to "pile on", but I expect that's how this thread will appear. It's human nature remember the bad spots more than the good transactions, which we see as "business as usual" (and rightfully so). If they were all good, we wouldn't be here.
