Breaking Spark plug wires inside the boot. Better removal procedure?

any particular brand or title that you prefer, and where I will most likely find it? THANKS for the suggestion by the way.

I have an old style boot puller that hooks around the base that I used back in the day. I may have to expandit a bit since these boots go down further than the "old" style. Guess it will come in handy again.
