Found a 242GT at the yard

I happened to be in Albuquerque this weekend and went to the yard. Lotsa Volvos there as there is a dealer in town plus one in Santa Fe.

Anyway, I saw a 242GT there and had to share a few pictures, just because the things are so rare. Interior was a little shot, but mostly complete. Some butthead busted the glass out of the speedo and tach. Why do people do that?

I got the horn button and the lower chassis braces. Somewhere around here I got a set of upper chassis braces I found at the yard a few years ago. I'm going to have to get around to installing them on my '86 wagon someday.
