Well, I know my '68 220 had 6.85 x 15 tires from the factory.
The size on there now is pretty close...195-75 x 15. The rear end is 4.56:1 which was very common on the 220s.
As far as I know, the speedo in mine is very close.

I have also noticed that the speedo in my 140s were very close (based on roadside radar units) as well with the 195-75 x 15 tires.
