Oops...busted valve cover bolt 200

While trying to torque my valve-cover bolts to the Bentley-recommended 12.5 lb.-ft, I busted the bolt on the front corner (right front as you're looking at engine). Ran the engine hard, and there appears to be oil seeping into gasket at right front corner. How hard is it to replace this bolt in valve-head? Major screw up on my part...live and learn.
