First I went to Brickboard's "Gallery", and uploaded the picture to it (it's there, under "technical").
Then, beside the displayed picture there is a little box called (as I recall) "HTML"; I copied that entire line entirely, from bracket to bracket, and then pasted the line in the body of the message.
