Depends on what you want out of your springs. If you just want them to continue holding the car up, then they last pretty much indefinitely.... on the other hand, if your goal is to tighten up the suspension, and have already upgraded the sway bars, shocks/struts, etc, then you may want to consider either new springs or stiffer springs.
