That engine DID make it here but only in small quantities---a turbo version was an option on the very last (79-80) IH Scouts. Good luck finding one. Also, as it is roughly the same size as the L28 in a 280Z, I don't see it fitting easily into a 140, though it would probably go right into a 164 like it was made for it.
