Solved: 120-130 1966

Might have been sticky brake calbes. When they get old, they get wet inside the housings. This can rust the cable sinto place, or alternatively the water can freeze in cold weather and lock the cable into place.

In either case, probably best to just replace the cables. Which, unfortunately, means pulling the drums. Which isn't a simple task.
