Should I use seam sealer inside rain drip channels? 120-130

For all that work you could just shave the drip channels off. I doubt seam sealer was put on after paint...before for sure. I wouldn't advise filling small holes with filler and POR15 - metal works best. Use a copper pipe as a backing and weld the holes up. The weld won't stick to the copper and it also doubles as a heatsink.
