Oh... the fun. This is getting to be one of them issues that I so wish I could see/hear in person.

On the clutch/bellhousing issue... lets start with the basics... Check and make sure the bell housing->engine bolts are tight, ditto with the transmission->bell housing.

I've seen them come loose...
