Broken triangular rear window; how to replace it ? 200 1990

Yesterday afternoon, some yahoo broke the triangular fixed window behind the door on my 240 sedan, presumably to steal something from the shelf behind the head rests.

I am planning if it is possible, to get one from the pick and pull but I am puzzled as to the method of removing the trim and the rubber gasket without causing irreparable damage.

It seems that there are some rivets which are hidden when the rear door is closed that would need to be drilled out.

Is there a way, once I get to a donor car to remove the glass without breaking anything? Should I plan to use the rubber gasket from the donor car or sacrifice it?
Is there some kind of string to slip the glass in the gasket groove and special kind of sealant I should get?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
