Hi, Need a bit of help please!

I have 1990 Volvo 740 GLE. Can someone please tell me how I get the Fuel injection relay and the radio supperssion relay out please. I know the fuel injection relay is in back of the fuze box by the radio. But I can not get the fuze box out to get to it...Do you just kind of pull it out are?
The car will start when it is cold. But after it gets hot, then it will not start until it is cool again....
Any help please. Thanks...
