Brake Conversion 1800 1965

I would like to upgrade to the later 4 wheel discs with the smaller 5 lug pattern and was wondering if anyone knows if this is just a pull off and bolt on procedure, or if it is more complicated than that? Could a setup from a 240 series be used? Thanks for your help!
