Yes, the 1994 and earlier 960 wagon uses the same suspension as 740/940 cars. Nivomats are supposed to be used with lighter duty coil springs. They will still work with standard rate springs but you will not have the softer ride of the luxo car. If you carry loads often, they'll be a good idea if in good condition. If you don't carry much heavy stuff, keep the standard tube shocks, as you'll have much more choice for replacements.
