I know they sell these "Shine up your wheels" products but does anyone know of a Product made that literally Softenes or moisturizes Rubbers and plastics.

That is what I would like to put on the Dashboard and the Side door trim on the outside of the car. If it shines it up , that's a plus but I'm really looking to keep down the infamous dashboard crack.
