Hi all!
I have been confused about this for some time!
It still has to do with the rear brakes on my
1967 220. It has the later 68' dual circuit system
and i want to get the correct cylinder/s on my car.
Here is the link to a CVI page which has what I believe to be the
correct listing for my brake cylinder, Part #673391.
CLICK HERE for CVI Brakes Page
My problem is that everywhere else I look people seem to be
selling part #667166 for my car saying that it is what I need.
This is the cylinder used on the "all drum" earlier Amazons.
Part number #673391 seems to be listed for use on only
my 1967/68 dual brake car.
There is a difference in appearance.
I think that when I bought and replaced the one for my passenger side,
I bought the earlier syle one and now I need one for my drivers side.
(I know I should have done them both at the same time)
I have not been happy with the brakes and I am wondering now if the
rear cylinder I replaced was actually wrong for my car, even though
it seems to fit properly and work.
Any advice of suggestions would be greatly appreciated here!!!
Thank you,
Karl
