HELP! 120-130

Heh, almost, if you adjust the brakes with a star wheel (and not a 4 sided thingie) then you should have 1" wheel cylinders on the rear of a wagon. These are Wagners and the parts from IH scouts in the 70's are about the same thing, there 'may' be differences in the line fittings - the shoes off one of these may well work also. 67's are hard to call because they were a transitional year, if yours is late you might get lucky! My 68 was able to utilize Wagner parts including shoes, I think the whole thing (new cyls. and shoes/hardware) for both sides of rear axle were about 60 or 70 bucks at checker.
Specific enough for ya?

Cheers!
OK
