I didn't want to make my post any longer than it already was with more details, but .....

Mine also had the potential to not restart for a while but only if it the throttle pedal had been pushed too hard before she was ready to take it. I assumed all along it was being flooded, but never verified that for certain. After a while it would restart, presumably after the excess fuel had time to clear.
