Hello William -

I have a 1997 965 with the CEL lit, and this caught my eye: ...reset the code.... Can the code be reset without using a reader?

The problem is on-going, the AutoZone reading says it's in the evaporative emissions system. Paid the dealer $250 to fix, and the light + code returned in under 10 days. (Got the emissions test passed just in time!)
