Solved 140-160

Clean, clean, clean.

Looks like my problem was just built up crud on the tab.
I had cleaned and fluxed the mating surfaces the other day, but not the other side where the heat was being applied. Then talked to a guy who used to build switches. He was right on the money. Said clean both sides even though you are only soldering one.

So I cleaned the back side of the tab where the heat was being applied. That's all that was needed to get better heat transfer. Never thought that the other side would matter.
