It has too many miles for your average Joe in my opinion. I had to do a little looking around but I picked up a 91 240, black and shiney, in great shape with 200k on it for $1200.00. They were asking, if I recall, 1600 for it and I offered them 1200 and it was a done deal. Between the high miles, the non function a/c and sound system it is going to take some serious hits. Also, unless you find someone who is looking for a stick shift it too will be a negative point. Last week I bought an '89 with 200K that needed the cam plug in the back of the head replaced and the paint is kind of rough. I gave him $450.00 for it. So yes, your pricing may be a little on the steep side and if you really want to move it you might have to lower it some. Also, the pile 'O parts that you have with it while it is a nice touch it really does not do much for the price of the car. Kind of like the "it's got nice tires" line, tell me how much is it worth without tires?
