Restitution?! Forget it...after the lawyers and court costs and the bankruptcy for their business they will not have dime one! At this point having justice metted out will have to satisfy the numerous people these guys have ripped off. But you never know. I hope they can remunerate Steve(safefornow) since I know he has been arduously pursuing this for ever. KUDOS to Steve! I can totally relate to having been to small claims court twice, once was to support my girly friend who was suing her boss for STOLEN wages and the other was against Tire Kingdom for totally ripping me off on some tires and a half-assed alignment. These cases are simple compared to Steve's case, but oh my goodness you would'nt believe the amount of phone calls and paper work and consulting and taking the time to file forms and appearing for hearings etc etc. It's alot of work. Again, job well done!!! Maybe they will award him out of some State funded program.
