There's no adjustment on the fronts that would affect crab-wise, as you put it; they can only be adjusted relative to each other. For example, if each front wheel was tweaked equally in one direction, a simple turn of the steering wheel would correct this - you'd just be driving straight with the wheel cocked a bit.
The only way a crab-wise situation could result would be if the front or rear wheels were shifted sideways (ie. frame damage or maybe severe bushing wear, which as Manolo pointed out, a 4 wheel alignment would make you aware of), or if it was possible to do a toe adjust on the rears (ie. split rear axle).
