Strut inserts - first timer 200 1989

Hello,

The site that I used was:

http://www.homestead.com/volvo2/240struts.html

As far as the tools it looks like you have what you need. What I came across was that I had to disconnect the sway bars at both wheels before you start so the it could be moved away from the brake lines when you drop the strut mounts. This means do not re-connect until both wheels are done. Also check out the strut assembly for rust. It took me about 6 hours, but I went slow (first time) and repaired and repainted the strut assemblies. It all worked out OK and I am very satisfied with the results. Good luck.
