16V ECU question 200

My third Volvo I just bought is a lh2.4 w/egr.
Now I have a lh3.1,lh2.4,lh2.4 w/egr. What's the odds of this?

Here's my question. I bought it non-running and it looks to have a bad 556 ECU(lh2.4 w/egr). Can't read back the computer and injectors stay on when key is turned to on position. I'm trying to find a replacement. A 933 would be ideal. Is either the 571 or 928 16V ECU a EGR version? I have a spare 928 and 561.
