Hello,

So the things you have rhymed off are minor but small things that could point to neglect. You have to ask yourself if the owner hasn't done all those small things, what about the major service items?

Standard rules of a purchase apply here. Do not under any circumstance consider purchasing the car for more than $500 unless 1) The owner can produce a nice thick pile of service records 2) Has no problem with you test driving the car AND it drives nice 3) Has no problem with you bringing it for an idependant inspection.
