Does it include absolutely ALL the parts to install in a North America car? 200

Bob,
I obviously haven't seen these particular lamps, but the Euro lamps come as one unit. Or to be more precise, one side consists of one headlamp and one corner lamp connected to the headlamp. If they are complete with trim and all, there should be no loose parts to worry about. The one thing that's unclear to me, is if it's just plug-and-play; if the E-lamp's grey connector plugs into the US car's counterpart with all functions intact.
The original Euro set-up includes a wiper/washer system though.
Oh, one thing: Euro lamps from 1981 and up will fit US cars 1986 and up. But because of the new grille in 1986, 1986-93 lamps got a thin rubber "lip" to seal the gap between lamp and grill. The 1981-85 E-lamps lack this detail.

Erling.
