Forget it. With 380,000 miles on the clock, that car will be a maintenance nightmare for any future owners. It might be a good deal if you can get it on the cheap ($500?) and drive it for at least a few months or until you get the new car, but I wouldn't count on keeping it for any length of time - unless you have a parts car.
