Rough Idle and Dramatic Decrease in Fuel Mileage (~long) 200 1985

Yo Nick!

when did you last replace your O2 sensor?
A bad FPR could cause a rough idle, but only if it is already toast vs. only starting to fail.
Clean out your ICV yet?
Check for vaccum leaks?
-intake manifold?
-vaccum hoses cracked or brittle?
-any intake other intake points after the AMM that are not secure?

If you have a bentley, it has instructions for testing your O2 sensor in there using a Multimeter, it is based on resistance and isn't that hard to do. Cleaning the ICV- pull it out and spray some brake clean inside, shake it up, re-install and rev your engine at idle to make it spin well and clean it up, however if you have a clogged flame trap or oil separator it will get dirty again real quick.

anyway, good luck!
