rear wheel bearing? 700

Have been having a noise come out of the passenger side rear wheel. With the car jacked up i can take the top and bottom of the tire (or side to side if i rotate the tire) and make it wobble. I am assuming that is the wheel bearing that has gone bad. Can anyone confirm this?
I know how to pull the axle. I also know that i will need to take it to a shop to get the bearing pressed on. What i also want to know is, are there any other parts that i need to replace with the bearing? Race etc.? TIA
