First shot at looking failed. No time for more looking just now. I'll do some more later.

If you have a blower motor out, maybe from the last time around, you might be able to do what that other fellow does. Replace the bushings with ball bearings. You're near/in a city that ought to have one or two good bearing supply houses. Here in Houston there are several.
