I don't have my DGV anymore, and I don't have any pictures of that part of the installation... also, we moved recently, and the binder in which I kept all the old instructions is still packed away.

I do remember that the tee fitting was the very bottom thing, right next to the throttle linkage. It must have been snug with the bottom fitting on the heater -- what I said before may or may not be right for that hose, sorry. Put it in line with the bottom of the heater, and you'll be fine.
