Rubbing noise at speeds above 60 700

Check your engine mounts and rear transmission mount. The trans mount is a regular failure item, and the front mounts, while they won't fail in the sense of falling apart, do allow the engine to sit a lot lower and maybe be out of line with the driveshaft center bearing. Front engine mounts when bad also allow the oil pan to get really close to the sway bar- it could conceivably even touch it, though that would surprise me.
The center bearing itself could be at fault as well. Soak it with oil if it looks dry- if that changes or temporarily quiets the sound, plan on replacing it in the next 10,000 miles. Also replace it's rubber carrier.

A quick look up on a lift at the next oil change should be able to confirm which of these things is at fault, if any.
Good luck!
